Qualifications

• Prior banking experience including teller, platform, or relationship banking preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct consultative client conversations, including uncovering needs and recommending appropriate products and services.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly, concisely, and confidently to diverse client populations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar workplace technologies.
