PNC Financial Services in Wellington, FL is seeking a Relationship Banker Business Specialist to help clients with consumer and business banking needs under 2MM in sales revenue. You will lead referrals and collaborate with ecosystem partners to grow share of wallet and deliver an outstanding client experience from acquisition to onboarding and servicing.

The role emphasizes proactive lead management, use of bank products, and a strong focus on customer service, risk awareness, and compliance.

Qualifications

Knowledge of consumer and business banking products and services.
Ability to generate and convert leads into opportunities.

Responsibilities

Acquires and expands share of wallet for Consumer and Business Banking opportunities under 2MM in sales revenue.
Lead management and referrals to ecosystem partners to grow wallet share.
Develop ecosystem leadership inside and outside the branch with COI relationships.
Deliver differentiated client experience from acquisition through onboarding and servicing.
Partner with branch team and managers to follow up on independent opportunities.
Educate clients on options to manage financial transactions leveraging technology.
