The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, strong keyboarding, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and experience in fast-paced call center environments; bilingual English/Spanish and EPIC/EHR familiarity are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience using a personal computer with strong keyboarding and typing skills.
• Ability to think critically and multitask in a high-volume call center.

Responsibilities
