• Proficiency in student information systems and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Student Records Management: Maintain transcripts, grades, personal information, and files per regulations.
• Enrollment, Transfers, and Withdrawals: Process and verify documentation in the system.
• Master Scheduling and Graduation Tracking: Develop schedules and verify graduation requirements.
• State Reporting and Audits: Prepare and support during reporting periods and audits.
• Inquiries and Communication: Serve as primary contact for records and compliance questions.
• Compliance and Record Review: Regularly review files for accuracy and completeness.
• Error Report Management: Correct validation errors to ensure data integrity.
• Transfer of Records: Send records securely to other schools as needed.
• Additional Responsibilities: Participate in professional development and other duties.
