Job summary

Clinica Family Health & Wellness in Boulder, CO is seeking a bilingual RN to join our clinic. You will attend to team needs, provide injections, med administration and patient education while practicing at the top of your scope through independent nurse visits.

In this fast-paced clinic, you will triage walk-ins, follow up on abnormal labs, and collaborate with providers to ensure timely access to care for patients. We value feedback, teamwork and community focus.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.

Responsibilities

• Attend to team needs including injections, medication administration and patient education.
• Perform independent nurse visits such as wound care, managing INRs, hypertension visits, UTIs.
• Follow up with abnormal lab results and treat per protocol.
• Co-visits with providers to evaluate and treat patients with acute needs to improve access.
• Triage walk-in patients.
• Attend pre-shift huddles to review anticipated nurse needs.

What You Get to Do:

• You will attend to the needs of the team including injections, medication administration and patient education.
• You will get to work at the top of your scope doing independent Nurse Visits such as wound care, managing INRs, Hypertension visits, UTI’s, etc.
• You will follow up with abnormal lab results and treating per protocol.
• You get to do Co-visits where you will evaluate patients, in collaboration with the provider, and treat patients with acute needs to help create access for patients.
• You will triage any walk-in patients.
• You will build teamwork by attending huddles before the start of shifts to review any anticipated nurse needs during that shift.

Compensation: Approximately $34.70 - $43.95 per hour. All individual pay rates are calculated based on the candidate's experience and internal equity.
