Job summary

Clinica in Boulder, CO is seeking a licensed RN to join our fast-paced clinic, delivering patient care and education across a broad scope. You will perform injections, administer medications, and manage care at the top of your license alongside a collaborative team.

You will conduct independent nurse visits, respond to abnormal lab results per protocol, and triage walk-in patients, contributing to access and quality of care for our community.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Licensed RN with full scope of practice.
• Able to adapt to a fast-paced clinic and learn quickly.

• Strong teamwork and initiative to support the group.

Responsibilities

• Attend to team needs including injections, medication administration and patient education.
• Independently perform nurse visits such as wound care and hypertension management.
• Follow up with abnormal lab results and treat per protocol.
• Conduct co-visits with providers to evaluate and treat acute needs.
• Triage walk-in patients and participate in shift huddles.

• Pay or shift range: $34.70 USD to $43.95 USD. The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications and other job-related reasons.

What You Get to Do:

• You will attend to the needs of the team including injections, medication administration and patient education.
• You will get to work at the top of your scope doing independent Nurse Visits such as wound care, managing INRs, Hypertension visits, UTI’s, etc.
• You will follow up with abnormal lab results and treating per protocol.
• You get to do Co-visits where you will evaluate patients, in collaboration with the provider, and treat patients with acute needs to help create access for patients.
• You will triage any walk‑in patients.
• You will build teamwork by attending huddles before the start of shifts to review any anticipated nurse needs during that shift.

Compensation: Approximately $34.70 - $43.95 per hour. All individual pay rates are calculated based on the candidate's experience and internal equity.
