Job summary

Clinica in Westminster, CO is seeking a licensed RN to join a collaborative clinic team. You will attend to injections, medication administration and patient education, and you will perform independent nurse visits at the top of your license.

You will handle wound care, manage INRs, hypertension visits and UTIs, follow up on abnormal labs, and conduct co-visits with providers to improve access for patients, while triaging walk‑ins and supporting daily operations.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• RN license in good standing.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced clinic.
• Ability to deliver care at the full scope of your RN license.
• Strong teamwork and initiative.

Responsibilities

• Attend to the needs of the team including injections, medication administration and patient education.
• Independent nurse visits such as wound care and INR management.
• Follow up with abnormal lab results per protocol.
• Co-visits with providers to treat acute needs and improve access for patients.
• Triage walk-in patients.
• Participate in pre-shift huddles to review patient needs.

What You Get to Do:

• You will attend to the needs of the team including injections, medication administration and patient education.
• You will get to work at the top of your scope doing independent Nurse Visits such as wound care, managing INRs, Hypertension visits, UTI’s, etc.
• You will follow up with abnormal lab results and treating per protocol.
• You get to do Co-visits where you will evaluate patients, in collaboration with the provider, and treat patients with acute needs to help create access for patients.
• You will triage any walk-in patients.
• You will build teamwork by attending huddles before the start of shifts to review any anticipated nurse needs during that shift.

Compensation: Approximately $34.70 - $43.95 per hour. All individual pay rates are calculated based on the candidate's experience and internal equity.
