Qualifications

• Licensed RN with 2+ years experience in clinical triage.
• Pediatric and acute care or inpatient experience preferred.
• Bi-lingual in English and Spanish is a plus.

The Registered Nurse (RN) is an integral part of our care team, owning patient relationships and backing a collaborative care plan that drives meaningful impact in our patients’ lives. We’re looking for a teammate who is an innate people person, loves helping others, and has a knack for tenacious problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Triage & Assessment: Evaluate acutely ill patients in‑person or via phone. Take vital signs, record health histories, and update Electronic Medical Records (EMR).
• Patient Education: Teach patients how to manage chronic conditions (like diabetes or high blood pressure). Explain medications, treatments, and lifestyle changes.
• Care Coordination: Review patient data to make sure routine check‑ups, cancer screenings, and preventive tests are completed on time. Handle prior authorizations and coordinate referrals.
• Clinic Procedures: Assist doctors with exams and in‑office procedures, perform phlebotomy, administer vaccines, and give injections.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

Compensation: $39 per hour. This is a full‑time role and is eligible for benefits.
