Ambitions ABA Colorado invites qualified RBTs to join our Denver-area team, offering $20–$30 per hour and free RBT training. We support children with autism in a friendly, team-driven environment and provide opportunities for CEUs and certification pathways.

As an RBT, you’ll work one-on-one with children, helping them build communication, social, and daily-life skills, while following individualized treatment plans and collaborating with a clinical team for consistent, high-quality care.

• Active RBT certification or willingness to complete a paid RBT training program.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, compassion, and genuine interest in helping children with autism.
• Commitment to completing the required training and certification process.
