Ambitions ABA Colorado is seeking a passionate Registered Behavior Technician to join our in-home therapy team, delivering high-quality ABA services to children and supporting their families.

As an RBT, you will follow BCBA guidance, prepare for sessions, implement intervention procedures, collect data, and maintain HIPAA confidentiality while collaborating with a supportive clinical and administrative team.

Responsibilities

• Follow BCBA guidance related to each client's treatment plan
• Prepare for sessions with a clear understanding of goals, structure, and materials
• Implement intervention procedures and provide timely communication and feedback to the BCBA
• Maintain professionalism when interacting with parents and caregivers, following BACB ethical standards
• Collect and record data on client progress during sessions
• Comply with all HIPAA confidentiality requirements
