Job summary

Ambitions ABA Colorado is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in the Denver area to work one-on-one with children with autism, helping them build communication and daily living skills in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

You will join a caring team, with opportunities for growth, and contribute to meaningful progress in children’s lives through play-based activities and individualized plans.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or willingness to complete a paid RBT training program.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, compassion, and genuine interest in helping children with autism.
• Dependability, a positive attitude, and willingness to learn.
• Commitment to completing the required training and certification process.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children with autism through fun, engaging activities.
• Help children build communication, social, and everyday life skills.
• Use play-based activities to encourage learning and positive behaviors.
• Support children as they develop independence and practice daily routines.
• Follow individualized treatment plans and track each child's progress.
• Collaborate with your clinical team to provide consistent, quality care.
