Ambitions ABA Colorado is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our in-home ABA therapy team. You’ll support children and families under BCBA guidance, implement treatment plans, and collect data.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required.

Responsibilities

• Follow all BCBA guidance related to each client’s treatment plan.
• Prepare for sessions with a clear understanding of goals, structure, and materials.
• Implement intervention procedures and provide timely communication and feedback to the BCBA.
• Maintain professionalism when interacting with parents and caregivers, following BACB ethical standards.
• Collect and record data on client progress during sessions.
• Comply with all HIPAA confidentiality requirements.
