Job summary

Ambitions ABA Colorado is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support children with autism in the Denver area. Earn $20–$30 per hour with free RBT training and access to CEUs, while joining a collaborative clinical and administrative team.

You'll work one-on-one with children, building communication, social, and daily living skills through play-based activities and progress tracking. Flexible schedules help balance work and life while making a real difference.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or willingness to complete a paid RBT training program.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, compassion, and a genuine interest in helping children with autism.
• Dependability and a positive attitude; commitment to completing training and certification.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children with autism through fun, engaging activities.
