Job summary

Ambitions ABA Colorado is seeking a passionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our in-home ABA therapy team serving families in Des Moines area. You will follow BCBA-guided plans, collect data, and maintain HIPAA confidentiality while collaborating with a caring clinical and administrative team.

• RBT certification required.

Responsibilities

• Follow BCBA guidance related to each client's treatment plan.
• Prepare for sessions with a clear understanding of goals, structure, and materials.
• Implement intervention procedures and provide timely communication and feedback to the BCBA.
• Maintain professionalism when interacting with parents and caregivers, following BACB ethical standards.
• Collect and record data on client progress during sessions.
• Comply with HIPAA confidentiality requirements.
