Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish required.

Responsibilities

• Assign and track all incoming client referrals and transfers.
• Enter client data into necessary databases.
• Coordinate transfer of clients to therapists and update systems (IBHIS/Exym).
• Maintain and analyze referrals, reports, and service capacity data.
• Provide administrative support and attend required meetings.
