Job summary

You will maintain confidential electronic health records, prepare documentation for outreach, and collaborate with internal departments to advocate for patients, including pre-authorizations and insurance coordination.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• 1–2 years of medical office or customer service experience preferred.
• Bilingual English and Spanish communication required.
• Ability to analyze, solve problems, prioritize, and maintain integrity.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate referrals and appointments for clinics.
• Serve as liaison between patients and specialty service providers.
• Maintain confidential electronic health records and documentation.
• Review medical records and execute medical directives.
• Follow up on referrals weekly and report outcomes.
