Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to own full-cycle recruiting for field and professional roles within North Carolina. You will partner with hiring managers, create requisitions, source and screen candidates, and guide interviews through onboarding handoff.

The role emphasizes building pipelines, compliance, and broad cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate brings 3+ years of recruiting experience for trades/construction, familiarity with ATS and sourcing

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting for field/craft, skilled trades, construction, industrial, mining, or heavy civil roles.
• Experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition to offer.
• Knowledge of employment laws and hiring compliance (EEO, ADA, FCRA, etc.).
• Experience using an ATS and sourcing tools.
• Strong candidate sourcing and screening experience.
• Valid driver's license with a clean motor vehicle record.
• Ability to travel throughout assigned North Carolina markets.
• Strong partnership and communication skills with hiring managers and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to create and launch accurate job requisitions.
• Post and manage openings across job boards and recruiting platforms.
• Source candidates for field, craft, and professional positions.
• Conduct candidate screenings and structured prescreen interviews.
• Coordinate interview scheduling and communication with candidates and hiring managers.
• Build proactive talent pipelines for high-volume and hard-to-fill positions.
• Develop partnerships with schools, workforce organizations, military programs, and community groups.
• Represent the company at career fairs, expos, and industry events.
• Maintain accurate ATS records, requisitions, and applicant workflows.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and hiring policies.
• Track recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, source of hire, and pipeline health.
• Coordinate offer processes, background checks, and onboarding handoffs.
• Collaborate with HR, Benefits, and Safety teams.
• Manage relationships with external recruiting vendors as needed.
• Escalate recruiting process issues, sourcing challenges, and compliance concerns to leadership.

This candidate will own the full-cycle recruiting process for field and professional positions within an assigned geographic territory. Responsibilities include partnering with hiring managers to create requisitions, sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a seamless transition from offer acceptance through onboarding handoff. The ideal candidate has experience recruiting skilled trades and construction talent, enjoys building community partnerships, and is comfortable representing the organization at job fairs, workforce development events, and industry networking opportunities. This is a highly visible role that combines hands-on recruiting execution, talent pipeline development, and cross-functional collaboration to support critical workforce needs across North Carolina markets.

Must-Haves:

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Experience recruiting for field/craft, skilled trades, construction, industrial, mining, or heavy civil roles
