Job summary

The Addison Group is seeking a Bilingual Recruiting Specialist to manage the full recruitment lifecycle in North Carolina, with Spanish-English bilingual communication and a high-volume hiring focus. This is a fully onsite role in Raleigh.

You will source, screen, extend offers, coordinate onboarding, and support engagement for about 300 employees, traveling occasionally within NC. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting experience
• Bilingual English/Spanish
• Experience recruiting in high-volume manufacturing, warehouse, or similar environment
• Experience recruiting hourly employees (laborers, drivers) preferred
• Experience managing full recruitment lifecycle
• Strong sourcing and candidate pipeline development
• Experience coordinating onboarding and new-hire orientation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Onsite schedule Mon–Fri 7:00–16:00; travel ~2 nights/month within NC

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for ~30–40 employees annually across roles from laborers to drivers
• Develop and implement recruiting strategies to support growth
• Source candidates via job boards, local ads, community outreach, schools, and other channels
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future needs
• Manage recruitment process from identifying needs to offers and onboarding
• Develop relationships with universities and community colleges
• Attend career fairs and recruiting events to attract talent
• Coordinate onboarding including background checks, E-Verify, and documentation
• Facilitate new-hire orientation and training requirements
• Support employee engagement, retention, and career development
• Organize events and gather employee feedback
• Develop and track training programs and dashboards
• Support HR policies and processes as organization grows
• Maintain accurate employee records and recruiting documentation
