What You'll Do

Help Candidates Find Great Jobs

• Connect with job seekers through phone calls, text messages, email, social media, and online applications.
• Conduct initial candidate screenings and assess qualifications, skills, and career goals.
• Create a positive and professional first impression for every applicant.
• Schedule interviews and guide candidates through the hiring process.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates to keep them engaged and informed.

Build Talent Pipelines

• Source candidates through job boards, social media platforms, referrals, and community networking.
• Reconnect with previous applicants and associates to identify new opportunities.
• Maintain a steady pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
• Assist with recruiting campaigns, hiring events, and job fairs.

Create An Exceptional Candidate Experience

• Serve as a trusted resource for job seekers throughout the employment process.
• Answer questions and provide support with professionalism and empathy.
• Ensure candidate information is accurately documented within company systems.

Support Recruiting and Marketing Efforts

• Partner with recruiting, sales, and marketing teams to achieve office hiring goals.
