Express Employment Professionals is seeking motivated and energetic Bilingual Recruiters to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, building relationships, and helping job seekers find meaningful employment opportunities. While recruiting is the primary focus of this position, the successful candidate will also assist with various administrative and office support functions that help keep daily operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, source, and engage qualified candidates for a variety of positions throughout Blount, Monroe, and Sevier Counties.
• Contact applicants, schedule interviews, and maintain communication throughout the hiring process.
• Follow up with candidates to improve interview attendance and engagement.
• Welcome applicants and assist them through the application and onboarding process.
• Manage incoming phone calls, answer general questions, research inquiries when needed, and direct calls to the appropriate team members.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and perform data entry within company systems.
• Assist with organizing and maintaining office supplies and inventory.
• Help ensure office, reception, and interview areas remain professional, organized, and well-stocked.
• Provide administrative support and assist with special projects as needed.
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment while providing excellent service to both candidates and coworkers.
