Job summary

Merry Maids of Warwick, RI is seeking a Bilingual Recruiting & Onboarding Coordinator to join our team. This full-time role coordinates hiring, onboarding, and daily administrative support for the local cleaning technician team.

The successful candidate will fluently speak English and Spanish, manage posting and screening across job boards, conduct interviews, and help new hires succeed from day one. You’ll work closely with operations leadership, handle paperwork, and provide friendly customer

Qualifications

• Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English and Spanish.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Experience with MS Office and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for cleaning technician and field team positions.
• Manage recruiting activity across job boards and social media to maintain a steady pipeline.
• Evaluate applications and make hiring recommendations with operations leadership.
• Onboard new hires and support orientation and onboarding for every new team member.
• Check in with new hires daily during their first week and weekly through their first 30 days.
• Complete new-hire and customer paperwork and data entry accurately and on time.
