Gotion Inc. seeks a Recruiting Manager (Bilingual Mandarin) to lead Talent Acquisition during a period of rapid growth. You’ll partner with U.S.

and China leadership, drive full‑cycle recruitment across manufacturing, engineering and corporate functions, and lead a team of recruiters to meet hiring goals. The role requires English and Mandarin fluency, 7+ years in recruiting (3+ in leadership), and experience with high‑growth manufacturing environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin (speaking, reading, writing) is required.
• 7+ years of progressive recruiting experience across technical, manufacturing, engineering, and corporate recruiting.
• 3+ years of recruiting leadership or Talent Acquisition management experience.
• Experience leading recruiting teams in high-growth manufacturing, automotive, battery, industrial, or technology environments.
• Proven ability to partner with international leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of workforce planning, direct sourcing, employment branding, and talent market intelligence.
• Experience with ATS (Greenhouse preferred), HRIS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and recruitment analytics.
• Excellent communication, coaching, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of recruiters and coordinators to achieve hiring goals across multiple business functions.
• Establish recruiting priorities, hiring strategies, and performance expectations.
• Drive continuous improvement within the Talent Acquisition organization.
• Partner with US and China-based executives and managers to forecast workforce needs and develop recruiting plans.
• Oversee full-cycle recruiting for engineering, manufacturing, operations, finance, supply chain, IT, quality, and leadership roles.
• Recruit for executive, highly technical, and confidential positions as needed.
• Develop innovative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, universities, referrals, and passive candidate outreach.
• Build long-term talent pipelines for critical roles.
