Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in talent acquisition or related field.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin, with strong written skills.
• Experience conducting phone screens and coordinating interviews.
• Ability to manage multiple open positions in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with ATS and MS Office/Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruiting process for assigned positions from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, job fairs and networks.
• Conduct phone screens and initial interviews to assess fit.
• Coordinate interviews and collect feedback.
• Support offer preparation and hiring documents.
• Maintain ATS data and recruiting metrics.
