Job summary

Marketech International Corporation USA in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Bilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist (Mandarin & English) to manage full-cycle recruiting onsite. You’ll partner with hiring managers, build candidate pipelines, and keep recruitment moving with accurate tracking and timely updates.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in talent acquisition, fluent English and Mandarin, strong screening and coordination skills, and experience with ATS, Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Excel.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, human resources, staffing, or a related field.
• Professional fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese, with strong verbal and written communication.
• Experience conducting phone screens, interviewing candidates, coordinating interviews, and managing multiple open positions.
• Strong communication, organization, judgment, and follow-through.
• Ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and employees at different levels.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems, Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Excel, and recruiting platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to handle confidential candidate, compensation, and employee information professionally.
• Ability to work in the Phoenix, Arizona area.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruiting for assigned positions, including sourcing, screening, interviews, offer coordination, and onboarding handoff.
• Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, employee referrals, professional networks, job fairs, and other recruiting channels.
• Conduct phone screens and initial interviews to assess experience, qualifications, communication skills, availability, compensation expectations, and overall fit.
• Keep candidates informed with timely recruiting updates while maintaining a professional, positive candidate experience.
• Build strong working relationships with hiring managers and understand hiring needs, including clarifying job requirements, priorities, interview plans, and selection criteria.
• Coordinate interview scheduling, collect interview feedback, and help advance candidates through each stage of the process.
• Support offer preparation and approval by organizing candidate information, compensation details, and required hiring documents.
• Maintain accurate candidate and requisition information in the applicant tracking system.
• Track hiring activity across the full funnel, including pipelines, interviews, offers, hires, and onboarding activity.
• Prepare weekly recruiting updates and reports.
• Coordinate pre-employment steps such as background checks, drug screening, reference checks, and other requirements.
• Use bilingual communication to support candidates, hiring managers, international teams, and company leadership.
• Assist with recruiting events, job fairs, school outreach, and professional networking activities.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow company policies and applicable employment laws.
