TKO StaffPros LLC is seeking a motivated Bilingual Recruiting Coordinator for Arlington. This part-time, on-site role supports sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and maintaining positive relationships with clients and candidates.

You will help match top talent with opportunities, contribute to onboarding, and participate in recruiting events. A strong candidate will be bilingual, organized, and excellent in communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; HR education a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment by sourcing candidates.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in our applicant tracking system.
• Communicate effectively with candidates to provide updates and feedback.
• Support onboarding for new hires.
• Collaborate with team members to identify staffing needs.
• Participate in job fairs and networking events to attract potential candidates.
• Contribute to a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
