Environment Control Southwest Ohio Incorporated in Columbus, OH is hiring a bilingual Recruiting Coordinator (English/Spanish) to source candidates in the community and online. The role requires fluency in English and Spanish and provides a full-time schedule, 40 hours per week, with weekly pay at $18/hour.

You will handle outreach, interviews, offers, onboarding, and onboarding support, while tracking recruiting activity and progress. Training provided for the right person.

Qualifications

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) – required.
• Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable on the phone.
• Organized and reliable.
• Enjoys working with people.
• Recruiting or hiring experience is a plus, but not required—we’ll train the right person!

Responsibilities

• Recruiting in the community and online (English & Spanish).
• Calling, texting, and emailing applicants.
• Interviewing candidates and making job offers.
• Helping new hires get started through onboarding and orientation.
• Reconnecting with past applicants and former employees.
• Tracking recruiting activity and progress.
