Job summary

The ideal candidate will be organized, people-focused, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with 2+ years in staffing or HR recruiting and fluency in English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of staffing, Human Resources, and recruiting experience.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish; fluency in reading, writing, and speaking.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar systems; experience with ATS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with candidates and employees in both languages (verbal and written).
• Schedule orientations and work assignments.
• Maintain accurate employee files and staffing records.
• Respond to candidate and employee inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Coordinate with clients to meet staffing needs and deadlines.
• Perform general administrative duties related to staffing operations.
• Source candidates using job boards, referrals, social media, and community outreach.
• Support compliance with employment laws, safety guidelines, and company policies.
