Job summary

UNKNOWN is seeking a bilingual Recruiting Coordinator in Columbus, OH (Hilliard area) for a full-time position. You’ll recruit in the community and online in English and Spanish, manage calls, texts, and emails, and coordinate interviews and offers.

Onboarding support helps new hires get started, with ongoing outreach to past applicants. Fluency in English and Spanish is required; prior recruiting experience is a plus though training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Friendly, outgoing and comfortable on the phone.
• Recruiting or hiring experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting in the community and online (English & Spanish).
• Calling, texting, and emailing applicants.
• Interviewing candidates and making job offers.
• Helping new hires get started through onboarding and orientation.
• Reconnecting with past applicants and former employees.
• Tracking recruiting activity and progress.
