Gwynedd Manufacturing, located in North Wales, PA, is a growing defense contractor focused on manufacturing for the U.S. DoD and federal agencies. We are seeking a Bilingual Recruiting Assistant to support high-volume hourly recruiting and expand outreach in the local community.

Qualificações

• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Outgoing and approachable personality with the ability to build relationships quickly.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple candidates and recruiting priorities simultaneously.
• Comfortable working both independently and with the HR team.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with full-cycle recruiting for hourly manufacturing, production, and other high-volume positions.
• Source and identify qualified candidates through job boards, referrals, social media, community outreach, and other channels.
• Conduct initial outreach and pre-screening.
• Maintain positive candidate experience and timely communication.
• Schedule onsite and virtual interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate information in the ATS and develop pipelines for hourly roles.
• Support job postings and recruiting advertisements.
• Provide Spanish-language recruiting outreach and communication when appropriate.
• Engage with local community organizations and events to expand recruiting reach.
