Job summary

Amteck, LLC is seeking a Recruiting Assistant to support the Talent Acquisition team with candidate sourcing, onboarding coordination, applicant tracking, and recruiting marketing activities. Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required for reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension.
• 1 year of recruiting, HR, customer service, or admin support preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills are essential.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
• Experience supporting recruitment or talent acquisition activities is a plus.
• Experience using AI tools (e.g., MS Copilot, ChatGPT) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support recruiters throughout the full recruitment lifecycle.
• Source candidates through databases, networks, trade schools, referrals, and partnerships.
• Screen and onboard employee referrals; review applications and resumes for qualifications.
• Coordinate pre-employment requirements and onboarding tasks.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and generate reports.
• Assist with recruitment campaigns, events, and workforce development initiatives.
• Prepare offer letters and hiring documents; facilitate onboarding progress updates.
• Support recruiters in filling technical, skilled trades, and professional roles.
