Job summary

Gwynedd Manufacturing, based in North Wales, PA, is seeking a Bilingual Recruiting Assistant to join the Human Resources team and support high-volume hourly manufacturing recruiting.

You will help with community outreach, partnerships, and Spanish-language candidate engagement while coordinating full-cycle recruitment with the Talent Acquisition team. This onsite role requires strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication across audiences.
• Outgoing, personable, and relationship-driven mindset.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple candidates and priorities simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Support full-cycle recruiting for hourly manufacturing and production roles.
• Source candidates via job boards, referrals, social media, and outreach.
• Conduct initial outreach, pre-screens, and phone screens.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers; schedule onsite/virtual interviews.
• Maintain candidate data in ATS and nurture pipelines for hard-to-fill roles.
• Engage with local community organizations and participate in recruiting events.
• Represent Gwynedd Manufacturing at career fairs and community events.
