Job summary

Midway Staffing in Wind Gap, PA is hiring a Bilingual Onsite Recruiter to own recruiting, onboarding, timecards and daily site operations at our client's facility. This hands-on role makes you the face of Midway for all associates and the client, with a Monday–Friday schedule, occasional Saturdays.

You will screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, run background checks, coordinate payroll tasks, and participate in job fairs to keep the pipeline full.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Spanish required.
• 1–2 years in staffing, recruiting, HR, or admin support; agency experience a plus.
• Comfort conducting interviews in person and by phone.

Responsibilities

• Be the main point of contact for client and on-site associates.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates for open roles.
• Run onboarding end to end: background checks, paperwork, day-one logistics.
