We are seeking a motivated, organized, and service-oriented Bilingual Recruiter to join our team. This individual will be responsible for recruiting and maintaining a qualified employee database, coordinating interviews and onboarding, and supporting the placement of field employees on client projects.

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment, manages competing priorities effectively, and is committed to providing excellent service to both employees and clients. English/Spanish bilingual proficiency is strongly preferred.

• Competitive base salary of $45,000–$55,000 annually.
