Skillforce is seeking a driven Bilingual Recruiter to join our growing team, focusing on full-cycle recruitment for skilled trades across commercial construction. The role emphasizes bilingual English/Spanish communication, organization, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates will be in the Pacific, Mountain, or Central time zones and will post requisitions, source and interview candidates, coordinate onboarding, and help meet staffing needs

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in construction or skilled trades.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish with strong communication skills.
• Proficient with MS Office and standard computer apps.
• Excellent organization and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Create and post job requisitions across career portals and job boards.
• Develop recruiting strategies based on staffing needs.
• Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates across channels.
• Conduct bilingual interviews to assess fit and history.
• Coordinate onboarding and wage negotiation support.
• Partner with sales/operations to meet staffing goals.
• Maintain compliance and accurate candidate/employee records.
• Handle daily workforce administration and related tasks.

Salary Range: $60,000.00 To $65,000.00 Annually

Skillforce is currently hiring a driven and professional Bilingual Recruiter to join our growing team. This individual will play a key role in identifying, attracting, onboarding, and retaining skilled trades professionals for our commercial construction clients. We are looking for candidates located in the Pacific, Mountain, or Central time zone.

Bilingual Recruiter Overview

The Bilingual Recruiter is responsible for full-cycle recruitment and ongoing workforce support for field employees across the skilled construction trades. The ideal candidate is highly organized, communicates effectively, can manage competing priorities, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires close collaboration with internal teams and consistent engagement with candidates and field employees to maintain a qualified, dependable workforce and meet evolving project needs.

Bilingual Recruiter Responsibilities

• Create and post job requisitions across our career portal and relevant job boards
• Develop and execute recruiting strategies based on current and forecasted staffing needs
• Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates through job boards, referrals, networking, and other recruiting channels
• Conduct bilingual interviews to assess experience, skills, work history, and overall fit
• Verify employment references and assist with wage negotiations
• Coordinate with the onboarding team to ensure a smooth hiring and onboarding process
• Partner with sales and operations teams to meet staffing goals and project demands
• Maintain compliance with company policies and applicable industry standards and regulations
• Build relationships with field employees and contribute to retention initiatives
• Maintain accurate candidate, recruiting, and employee records
• Complete daily workforce administration, including dispatching, releasing, and related employee workflow management

Bilingual Recruiter Qualifications

Required:

• 2+ years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or staffing; construction or skilled trades experience preferred
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer applications
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
• Located in the Pacific, Mountain, or Central time zone.

Preferred:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
• Experience with applicant tracking or recruitment software
• Familiarity with the construction industry and/or skilled trades
• $60,000–$65,000+ annual compensation (base + commission)
