Job summary

GreenKiss Staffing Solutions, Inc. is seeking a bilingual entry level recruiter/sourcer in Providence, RI. This role requires English/Spanish proficiency and offers growth opportunities within a dynamic staffing firm.

The position provides hourly pay (up to $26.00/hour) with typical Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm EST hours. Benefits include paid time off, holidays, health/dental insurance, and retirement planning. Training is provided with room for advancement.

Qualifications

Bilingual English/Spanish required.
High school diploma or equivalent required; higher degrees are a plus.
No prior recruiting experience required—0–2 years in customer service or similar roles is a plus.

Responsibilities

Source and screen candidates for client positions using job boards, social media, referrals, and our database.
Conduct phone screens and schedule qualified candidates for interviews.
Assist with filling client orders/positions as directed by the branch team.
Enter and update candidate and order notes in Avionte on site and throughout the day.
Maintain open order reports and keep submittals moving to interview.
