Job summary

Westaff in Leominster, MA is seeking an Entry-Level Bilingual Recruiter (English/Spanish) to join the team. This onsite role offers a Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule and a pay range of $18–$20/hour DOE.

You will interview, screen, and evaluate candidates, build relationships with associates and clients, and manage recruiting activities in our ATS. No two days are the same in a fast-paced staffing environment.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Basic computer and data entry skills; ability to multitask and stay organized.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Previous staffing, recruiting, or administrative experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Interviewing, screening, and evaluating candidates.
• Using sound judgment to identify qualified candidates for available positions.
• Matching associates with client expectations and job requirements.
• Conducting associate orientations and preparing employees for assignments.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with associates and clients.
• Documenting recruiting activities and employee information in our ATS (Applicant Tracking System) (we'll train you!)
