XL Pro Staffing and Consulting is hiring an On-Site Bilingual Recruiter for our Wilmer, TX warehouse operation. The role requires sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews in English and Spanish, with a focus on high-volume staffing.

You will work Monday through Friday, 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM, with potential shifts 1:00 PM–10:00 PM. This on-site position offers an hourly pay rate starting at $20+ per hour depending on experience, with benefits including health, dental, vision, and 401(k).

Qualifications

• Full-cycle recruiting experience in a staffing agency (light industrial preferred).
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Strong communication, phone, and basic computer skills.
• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
• Experience sourcing candidates through job boards and social media.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to gather job requirements and create/edit job descriptions.
• Develop and execute effective recruiting strategies for high-volume and professional roles.
• Conduct candidate screenings, phone interviews, and behavioral interviews.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain consistent communication with candidates and hiring managers.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Utilize job boards, social media, and other sourcing tools to attract qualified candidates.
