LINK Staffing in North Houston is seeking a motivated Bilingual Recruiter to join our team. You will coordinate recruiting, client service, and workforce placement while connecting qualified candidates with meaningful opportunities.

You’ll work with English and Spanish speakers, manage multiple priorities, and own outcomes in a fast-paced office environment, supporting clients and field staff throughout assignments.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish, spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, screen, interview, and onboard candidates.

• Manage postings, candidate flow, and activity in recruiting systems.
• Coordinate assignments and match candidates to client job orders.
• Conduct check-ins with field staff and clients.
• Build client relationships and respond to staffing needs.
• Provide assignment details to field staff.
• Maintain records for candidates, employees, clients, assignments, and timesheets.
• Conduct safety orientations and reinforce safety expectations.

This is a fast-paced, people-focused role combining recruiting, client service, and workforce coordination. You’ll help connect qualified candidates with meaningful employment opportunities while supporting our clients and field staff throughout the assignment process.

We’re looking for someone who is bilingual in English and Spanish, enjoys working with people, can manage multiple priorities, and takes ownership of getting results.

What You’ll Work On

• Recruit, screen, interview, and onboard candidates for open positions
• Source candidates through job boards, referrals, community partnerships, and recruiting events
• Manage job postings, applicant flow, and candidate activity in recruiting systems
• Match qualified candidates to client job orders and coordinate assignments
• Conduct first-day and ongoing check-ins with field staff and clients
• Build strong relationships with clients and respond quickly to staffing needs
• Provide assignment details and expectations to field staff before they begin work
• Maintain accurate candidate, employee, client, assignment, and timesheet records
• Conduct safety orientations and reinforce LINK Staffing's safety expectations
• Assist with job fairs, recruiting events, and community outreach
• Support business growth through candidate marketing, client outreach, and identifying potential sales leads
• Work toward individual and branch recruiting and performance goals

What We’re Looking For

• Fluent in English and Spanish, both spoken and written
• Minimum 2 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, customer service, or a related field
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Strong sense of urgency and ability to prioritize changing staffing needs
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
• Problem-solving mindset and willingness to take ownership
• Comfortable working with candidates, field staff, clients, and team members with diverse personalities and backgrounds
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and active auto insurance for local client visits

Previous staffing agency or high-volume recruiting experience is a plus.

Schedule: Full-time

Location: Houston, TX

This position works in a fast-paced office environment with frequent candidate and client interaction. Local client visits, job fairs, and community recruiting events may be required. The position also participates in a rotating on-call schedule as needed.
