Job summary

Mee Derby & Company in Winter Haven, FL is seeking a Bilingual Recruiter to support light industrial staffing with 1–3 years of recruiting experience. This on-site role requires English/Spanish fluency and the ability to source, screen, and place candidates for pick/pack and machine operator positions.

You will post jobs, manage the ATS (Avionté), run job fairs, and build local candidate pipelines while supporting recruiting across regions as needed.
