Job summary

You will post jobs, manage the ATS (Avionté), run job fairs, and build local candidate pipelines while supporting recruiting across regions as needed.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years staffing experience (LI preferred).
• Bilingual (English/Spanish required).
• Strong sourcing and high-volume recruiting ability.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Source and recruit for light industrial roles (pick/pack, machine ops).
