Job summary

eTeam is seeking a consultative process-driven recruiter to work on-site with our client partner in Las Vegas, Nevada. The ideal candidate will have some experience in recruiting, especially within the light industrial sector, and must be fluent in Spanish to communicate effectively with candidates.

The recruiting responsibilities include sourcing for warehouse workers and truss assemblers, scheduling interviews, and participating in job fairs. While a Bachelor's degree is preferred, it is not required.

Qualifications

• At least 1-2 years of recruiting experience.
• Experience in light industrial field is a plus.
