EmployBridge in Mechanicsburg, PA is seeking a Bilingual Traveling Recruiter for industrial staffing. This in-office role requires daily coordination of 40+ client accounts, active candidate sourcing, and end-to-end engagement from posting to placement.

You will conduct drug screens, background checks, and I-9s, while traveling within designated PA regions to fill roles quickly. Regular MS Office use and strong interpersonal skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting and staffing experience.
• Bilingual Spanish/English encouraged to apply.
• Willingness to travel across PA and manage 40+ clients daily.

20% Travel in throughout PA

IN-OFFICE - Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

• Meet with your team to brainstorm new and exciting ways to get great people to work
• You will use your creative thinking to think outside of the box to attract candidates
• Apply your marketing skills to our postings, social media sites, and the community to help us stand apart
• Use your people skills and interview techniques to find the right candidate to fill our great opportunities
• Continue to build a pipeline of people and actively look for a way to impact order fulfillment
• As you find the right people for the job, you will conduct the drug screen, background check, and I-9’s so we can get them to work!

Requirements:

• Recruiting & staffing experience 3+ years
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) encouraged to apply
• Be able to Travel in designated area
• Ability to manage 40+ customers on a daily basis
• Experience with MS Office
• Ability to assess, delegate and provide follow up with customer orders/requests & internal team
