Job summary

EmployBridge, LLC in Kenosha, WI is seeking an in-office Recruiter to lead high-volume hiring for manufacturing roles. You will market postings, use creative strategies, and interview candidates to fill opportunities while building a strong candidate pipeline.

You will manage 40+ customer relationships daily, conduct drug screens and background checks, and coordinate I-9 processing to move hires forward. Strong MS Office skills are required and urgency is essential.

• Meet with your team to brainstorm new and exciting ways to get great people to work
• You will use your creative thinking to think outside of the box to attract candidates
• Apply your marketing skills to our postings, social media sites, and the community to help us stand apart
• Use your people skills and interview techniques to find the right candidate to fill our great opportunities
• Continue to build a pipeline of people and actively look for a way to impact order fulfillment
• As you find the right people for the job, you will conduct the drug screen, background check, and I-9’s so we can get them to work!

Requirements:

• Recruiting & staffing experience preferred, but not required
• Industrial Recruiting or Recruiting in Manufacturing preferred
• Must have high volume recruiting with a sense of urgency!
• Ability to manage 40+ customers on a daily basis
• Experience with MS Office
• Ability to assess, delegate and provide follow up with customer orders/requests & internal team
