Heart to Heart Home Care is seeking a Bilingual Spanish Home Care Recruiter in Bronx, NY for a full-time, in-person role. The position focuses on recruiting caregivers and HHAs while supporting the hiring process for trainees and certified aides, including applicant processing, interviews, orientation, and ongoing compliance documentation.

Role Responsibilities

• Maintain personnel files in accordance with NYS DOH regulations.
• Process all new employment applicants, including scheduling and completing interviews, and verifying the authenticity of certificates and references.
• Conduct interviews for prospective hires and provide recommendations based on interview outcomes.
• Administer new hire orientation and coordinate with the Human Resources department throughout the hiring phase.

Required Qualifications

• Fluent in conversational Spanish.
• Recruiting and interviewing experience is required.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Exceptional organizational skills.

Preferred Skills

• Homecare experience is a plus, though not required.

Compensation and Work Setting

This is a full-time position with an hourly pay rate of up to $26.00 per hour. The role is in-person in Bronx, NY.
