Job summary

• 1+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience.
• 1+ years of experience with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Taleo).
• Bilingual Spanish/English proficiency required.
• Ability to work in a hybrid/onsite environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct face-to-face and telephone interviews with candidates.
• Follow Talent Acquisition sourcing processes and predefined recipes.
• Pipeline candidates and generate referrals through active engagement.
• Move candidates through stages per SLA and coordinate offers.
