Qualifications

• Fluent in French and English with strong written and spoken communication.

• Proven ability to source and manage candidates through full-cycle recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and priorities.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates across multiple departments.
• Conduct interviews in French and English across various formats.
• Create and post job advertisements on multiple platforms.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure a positive experience.
• Coordinate interview schedules and communicate updates to teams.
• Utilize ATS to manage recruiting activities and documentation.
• Build relationships with passive candidates and develop talent networks.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
