Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process across multiple departments.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates via job boards, referrals, and networking.
• Conduct phone and video interviews in French and English.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and strategies.
• Coordinate interviews, communications, and offers; maintain ATS records.
• Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
