Qualifications

• 2+ years in full cycle recruiting.
• Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Experience with MS Office and ATS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead full cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, extending offers, and onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create recruitment strategies.
• Use a range of recruiting channels, such as job boards, social media, and networking events, to attract candidates.
• Conduct interviews, assess qualifications, and recommend candidates to hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate relationships and deliver an exceptional candidate experience across the hiring process.
• Assist with other HR-related tasks and projects as needed.
