Job summary

Harvard Maintenance seeks a skilled Bilingual Recruiter for on-site/hybrid work in the Nashville area. The role focuses on high-volume frontline recruitment, onboarding, and collaborating with operations and hiring managers to meet staffing needs.

Candidates must be fluent in English and Spanish, with experience in recruitment and onboarding processes. Proficiency with iCIMS and Microsoft Office is preferred, supporting a fast-paced environment and multiple openings.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Experience with high-volume recruiting for frontline, hourly, or field-based positions.
• Experience managing recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Experience using an applicant tracking system; iCIMS preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple openings and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for high-volume frontline and field positions.
• Partner with operations and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and hiring priorities.
• Source candidates through job boards, community partnerships, hiring events, referrals, and other recruiting channels.
• Screen and interview candidates in both English and Spanish.
• Schedule interviews and communicate hiring updates to candidates and managers.
• Prepare and extend job offers.
• Coordinate background checks, pre-employment requirements, and onboarding activities.
• Assist candidates with applications, employment documents, and electronic onboarding.
• Maintain accurate candidate and requisition information in the applicant tracking system.
• Monitor recruiting activity and provide updates on openings, candidate pipelines, and hiring progress.
• Participate in onsite hiring events, new account start-ups, and other recruitment initiatives.
• Deliver a positive and responsive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
