Elite Workforce LLC in Houma, LA is seeking a Recruiter to manage full recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing and screening to onboarding and retention. Fluency in English and Spanish is required to effectively attract talent for diverse positions in our client base.

The role emphasizes building relationships with candidates, clients, and community organizations to create talent pipelines and drive workforce development in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• Minimum 2 years in recruiting or talent acquisition.
• Bilingual English and Spanish required.
• Experience with ATS and HRIS platforms.
• Knowledge of employment laws and onboarding procedures.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Mansioni

• Source candidates via job boards, social media, networking, referrals and outreach.
• Screen candidates, conduct interviews, and assess qualifications.
• Manage candidate pipelines using ATS and recruiting databases.
• Coordinate onboarding and facilitate employment documentation.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
